Suzanne Moloney has worked as a pastry chef in prestigious kitchens in Dublin since 2002. Her passion lies in confectionary and cake design. After earning several professional qualifications in cake design and confectionary arts, CocoaMoiselle was formed.

Suzanne has been designing and making wedding cakes and celebration cakes for over 10 years, as well as working as a head pastry chef in some of Dublin’s finest restaurants. Her professional qualifications in Confectionary arts and Wedding cake design, which she studied in Melbourne under Ian Pertzel and in Toronto under Bonnie Gordon, give her the skills and technique needed to design and create beautiful, chic cakes and handmade confections for every occasion.
Cocoamoiselle is a high end confection studio, offering the finest in Wedding cakes, celebration cakes, special occasion cakes, handmade sweets and artisanal pastries in Dublin and surrounding areas. Working from her commercial kitchen unit, She uses the finest ingredients and always chooses Irish products and suppliers when possible.
